URGEHAL To Tour U.S. In The Fall

June 3, 2009

Norway's black metal masters URGEHAL (featuring ex-KVIST members and current members of VULTURE LORD, CREST OF DARKNESS, ASMEGIN, FORGOTTEN REALMS, and BLOODSWORN) will join forces with U.K.'s black/thrash/death metalheads SPEARHEAD and the Los Angeles-based black metal band EYES OF NOCTUM (which is fronted by Weston "Arcane" Coppola Cage, son of actor Nicolas Cage) for a U.S. tour in late/summer early fall. The month-long trek is expected to kick off around September 10 in Boston.

URGEHAL celebrated its 15 year-anniversary in 2007 by releasing the album "The Eternal Eclipse - 15 years of Satanic Black Metal". The band recently completed work on a new LP, entitled "Ikonoklast", to be released later in the year. The effort features a guest appearance by Mannevond (KOLDBRANN).
